SPARTA - Arthur L. Kempfer, 80, of Sparta passed away at 12:10 PM, March 7, 2019 at the Pinckneyville Rehab and Nursing Center in Pinckneyville.
It was Mr. Kempfer's wishes to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville is assisting the family with the arrangements.
