STEELEVILLE – Zachary M. Jeremiah, 27, of Steeleville, passed away at 5:20 am, Monday, April 2, 2018, at the Sparta Community Hospital, Sparta, Illinois.
Zachary was born in Chester, Illinois, on December 28, 1990, the son of James V. Jeremiah II and Tracy Stephens. He married Lindsey Randolph on October 31, 2014 in Jefferson County, Illinois. She preceded him in death on April 8, 2017.
Zachary is survived by one son, Vyncynt Daynger Ardell Jeremiah; father and step mother, James V. II and Debra Jeremiah of Steeleville; mother, Tracy Stephens; sister, Dakota Wall; siblings, Chris James of Belleville, Harley Jackson of Red Bud and Patrick Bowen of Red Bud; maternal grandparents, Larry Stephens; and paternal grandparents, Leonard and Nancy Thies and James and Carol Jeremiah.
Zachary was also preceded in death by one sister, Sidnee Stephens; niece, Kaylee James; great grandmother, Mary Waltemate; and great grandfather, Ardell Wall.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, April 6, 2018 starting at Noon at the American Legion in Chester.
