CAMPBELL HILL– William J. Joost, 63, formally of Campbell Hill, IL, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at DePaul Hospital, Bridgeton, Missouri.

William was born on December 22, 1959, the son of Adolph and Lucille C. (Alms) Joost. He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Campbell Hill, IL.

William is survived by his brother Jerry Joost of Trenton, IL, and is preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held at 12:30 PM, Thursday, December 21, 2023, at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery, Campbell Hill, IL, with Rev. Alan Kornacki officiating.  Friends may call on Thursday, from 11:00 AM until noon, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, IL.
