Obituary

PUXICO – William E. Dameron, 69, of Puxico, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at his home.

William was born in Battle Creek, Michigan, on July 4, 1949, the son of the late William, Jr. and Ruby F. Blette Dameron. He married Patricia Sparling on June 29, 1987 in Paducah, Kentucky. He was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church, Willisville and Storm Riders of Southern Illinois.

William is survived by his wife, Patti Dameron of Puxico; Daughters, Angela (Mark) Lehnhoff of Campbell Hill, Chrissie (Chad) Lawrence of Campbell Hill; son, William "Bill" Ingles of Puxico; grandchildren, Michael (Misty) Frieman, Becky (Ethan) Carson, Breanna Lawrence, Tyler Ingles, Trenton Ingles, and Aliviah Lawrence; great grandchildren, Draven Frieman, Lydia Frieman, Brenna Carson, Lynlee Carson; brother, Gary (Judy) Dameron of Battle Creek, MI; sister, Pat (Larry) Sims of Puxico; special niece, Amy Rose Sims; and many other nieces and nephews.

William was preceded in death by his Parents and Son, Jon.

Memorial service will be at 1:00 pm, Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava, with Pastor Randy Wheaton and Lonnie Fulkerson officiating. Burial will follow at Ava Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava, where friends may from 11 am until 1pm. Memorials may be given to Donor's Choice.
