MURPHYSBORO – William F. "Bill" Durham, Jr, aka "Worm/Bull," 62, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at his home in Murphysboro, Illinois.

Bill was born on November 8, 1961, in Geneva, IL, the son of William and Bonnie Kay (McLaughlin) Durham, Sr. He married Linda Klink on August 30, 1980, in Murphysboro, IL. Bill was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a Disabled Security Guard. He attended First Assembly of God Church, Murphysboro, IL, and was a member of Paul Stout American Legion Post #127, Murphysboro, IL.

Bill is survived by his wife, Linda Durham of Murphysboro, IL, his children: Joshua Durham of Murphysboro, IL, Christopher (Amber) Durham of Murphysboro, IL, Nicholas (Kelly) Durham of Murphysboro, IL, Jamilyn (Fiance' Billy Williams) Durham of Murphysboro, IL; his 15 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and his sister, Diana (Randy) Bastien of Murphysboro, IL.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at First Assembly of God Church, Murphysboro, IL, with Pastor Janet Lindsay officiating. Burial to follow at Tower Grove Cemetery, Murphysboro, IL. Visitation will be Thursday, February 15, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, and on Friday, from 10:00 till time of service, at the church.
