STEELEVILLE – Willard D. Biermann, 68, of Steeleville passed away at 5:42 AM, Friday, December 28, 2018, at the Sparta Community Hospital.
Willard was born on April 8, 1950, in Murphysboro, Illinois the son of Willard H. and Betty R. (Stoffel) Biermann. He married Karen S. Voss Fraembs on May 9, 2000, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. He was retired from Gilister Mary Lee as an account manager, and he was a member of the St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
Willard is survived by his wife; Karen Biermann, of Steeleville, 2 children; Adam Dean Biermann, of Phoenix, Arizona, Bracy Robert (Linda) Biermann, of North Port, Florida, step son; Jeff (Amy) Fraembs, of Steeleville, step daughter; Deanna (Todd) Kalina, of Phoenix, Arizona, grandchildren; Kylee Biermann, Casey Biermann, Samara Biermann, Alina Biermann, step grandchildren; Cameron and Devin Fraembs, August and Greyson Kalina. He is also survived by a sister; Vickie (Loren) Hodge, of San Marcos, Texas, brother; Dr. Robin (Jill) Biermann, of Nashville, Illinois.
Mr. Biermann was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held at 7 PM, Friday, January 4, 2019, at the Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville, with Rev. William F. Engfehr, III officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday evening at the funeral home where friends may call from 5 to 7 PM. Memorials may be made to the St. Mark's Organ Fund or the American Cancer Society.
