PERCY – Wanda F. Young, 75, of Percy, passed away at 3:22 pm, Saturday, October 10, 2020, at Chester Memorial Hospital, Chester, IL.

Wanda was born in Luxora, AR, on February 18, 1945, the daughter of John W. and Lula Nandine Hipps Vickery.  Wanda was retired from Owens Glass in Streator, IL.  She was a member of Baptist faith and a former EMT.

Wanda is survived by two brothers: Doug Vickery of Willisville, IL and Kevin Vickery of Percy, IL.  Four sisters; Regina Smith of Murphysboro, IL, Linda Rieckenberg of Pevely, MO, Debbie Korando of Steeleville, IL and Mary Vickery of Percy, IL.  Serval great nieces and nephews.

Wanda was preceded in death by her Parents; one son, Carl Young; four brothers; John Vickery, Paul Vickery, Clyde Vickery, and Gerald Vickery.  One sister, Alma Theobald.

Mrs. Young's wishes were for cremation and a celebration of life will be at a later date.  Memorials may be given to the Family.
