WILLISVILLE, Virginia M. Rice, 81, of Willisville, passed away at 6:55 PM Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at Herrin Hospital in Herrin, Illinois. She was born July 11, 1930 in Menard, Illinois the daughter of Bill Presswood and Maggie (Dunn) Presswood. Virginia married Harold Rice on Saturday, November 15, 1947 in St. Louis, MO. She is survived by her: husband: Harold Rice, Willisville, IL; 2 sons: Jerry Rice, Zeigler, IL, Terry Rice, Washington, MO; daughter: Margaret McNutt, O'Fallon, MO; brother: Bob Presswood; 19 Grandchildren; 21 Great grandchildren Virginia is preceded in death by her: parents, three sons, two daughters, three brothers and three sisters. She was a homemaker in her own home. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 2, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Wilson's Funeral Home Steeleville, Illinois. Rev. Stephen Duncan will be officiating. Burial will follow at Percy Village Cemetery, Percy, IL. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville on Friday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM . Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association .
