CHESTER – Thomas L. Pierceall, 67, of Chester, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.

Thomas was born on June 25, 1951, in Eldorado, IL, the son of Thomas and Muriel Lynn Beshears Pierceall.  He married Marilyn Sue Rathert on August 3, 1975, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Chester.   He was an Inside Journeyman Wireman.  Tom was a member of I.B.E.W. Local #702, West Frankfort, Illinois and Alma Lodge #497 A.F. & A.M., Steeleville.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Marilyn Sue Pierceall of Chester; daughters, Lena (Doug) Dierks of Ava, April (Kenneth) Reiman of Murphysboro and Katie (John) Prather of Tamaroa, IL; grandchildren, Shelby and Levi Dierks, Wyatt, Isaac, Logan and Austin Reiman, Hayden Arndt, Chloe, Jake, Dylann and Maverick Prather; sister, Camilla (Gary) Naile of Percy; and several nieces and nephews.

Thomas was preceded in death by his Parents and sister, Betty.

Funeral service will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, March 30, 2019, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, with Pastor Preston Foster officiating.  Burial will follow at a later date at Paradise Cemetery, Steeleville.  Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, where friends may call on Saturday from Noon until 2 pm.  The preferred form of remembrance are to an Educational Fund for his Grandchildren.
