Obituary
ANNA – Steven E. Rogers, 50, of Anna, passed away at 10:57 pm, Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.
Steve was born in Murphysboro, Illinois, on October 27 1966, the son of Carl Dean and Patricia Catlett Rogers. He married LeaAnna Theis on July 20, 2007 in Murphysboro. He was a Veteran of the US Navy. Steve was an Equipment Operator.
Steve is survived by his wife, LeaAnna Rogers of Anna; son, Joshua (Shannon) Rogers of Murphysboro; daughter, Stephanie Rogers of Murphysboro; step daughter, Lexa Sharp of Anna; three grandchildren, Maya, Gage & Brantley; mother, Patricia Rogers of Ava; and brother, Jeff (Starlett) Rogers of Pinckneyville.
Steve was preceded in death by his Father.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Ava Assembly of God Church with Rev. Timothy Moats officiating. Visitation will be from 10 am until 11 am. Memorials may be given to the Family.
