PERCY – Skip Brawley, 74, of Percy, IL, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Three Springs Lodge, Chester, Illinois.

Skip was born on March 10, 1951, the son of Thorlton and Bessie (Patterson) Brawley. He married Delores Mendenhal on July 28, 1973, in Steeleville, IL. Skip was a retired Coal Miner.

Skip is survived by his wife Delores Brawley of Percy, IL, and his son, Matt (Jordan) Brawley of Paducah, KY.

Skip was preceded in death by his parents, his 3 brothers: Truman, Wilford, Don Brawley; and his sister, Barbara Wilson.

It was Skip's wishes for Cremation, and a private service will be held at a later date.
