HIGHLAND – Shirley M. Reiman, formerly of Murphysboro, IL, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025, at St. Joseph Hospital, Breese, IL.

Shirley was born August 14, 1936, in Sandridge, IL, to Thomas and Wilma (Morrison) Adams. She married Ross L. Reiman, on November 26, 1955, in Murphysboro, IL. He preceded her in death on March 12, 2011. Shirley was a Homemaker and Care Giver. She was a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church, Murphysboro, IL. Shirley enjoyed crocheting, knitting, quilting and other craft work.

Shirley is survived by her sons: Phillip (Barbara) Reiman of Highland, IL, and Ross T. (Debra) Reiman of Pocahontas, IL, her 7 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother, a sister, and a son.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 1:00 pm, at Pleasant Grove Memorial Park, Murphysboro, IL, with Pastor Ron Kreid officiating.
