AVA - Sharon G. Coniglio, 65, of Ava, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. Sharon was born on June 19, 1947 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Thomas E. and Helen Kuchno Hall. She married Patrick J. Coniglio on June 12, 1971 in Murphysboro, IL. Sharon was a member of the Neuman Center and St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Murphysboro, IL, and the N.E.A. Sharon was a retired primary teacher from the Murphysboro School District. She loved her job and the students. She always made sure her students were taken care of when they were in need. Sharon is survived by her husband, Patrick J. Coniglio of Ava; three sons, Patrick Coniglio of Irvine, CA, Peter Coniglio of Irvine, CA and Parker Coniglio of Ava; two brothers, Thomas E. Hall, Jr. of Murphysboro and Timothy Hall of Murphysboro; and five sisters, Susan Campbell of Houston, TX, Sandy Rhine of Mt. Vernon, IL, Pam Korando of Ava, Beverly Hall of Ft. Collins, CO, and Helen Hall of Murphysboro. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents. A celebration of life for Sharon will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the Holiday Inn in Carbondale, IL from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. The preferred form of remembrance are memorials to help offset medical expenses.
