EBENEZER- Sally Ann Polosky, 70, of Ebenezer, passed away at her home Saturday, September 21, 2019.
Sally was born May 20, 1949, in Chester to Chesteen and Josephine (Bobbie) Andrews. Sally was a Massage Therapist, a healer with spiritual energy to cure ills and ailments. Sally was ordained into the Priesthood according to the order of Melchizedek.
Sally is survived by two sisters, Cynthia (Walter) Dierks of Broomsfield, CO and Nancy (Roy) Dierks of Percy; two sisters-in-law, Ruth Ann Andrews of Ebenezer and Anne Polosky of Pennsylvania; nephews, Michael (Tina) Dierks of Arvada, CO, David (Jacob) Dierks of Palm Springs, CA, Dean (Denise) Andrews, Glenn (Tammy) Andrews of Chester; Nieces, Carol Andrews of Chatham, IL and Carrie Jo Dierks of Chester; great nieces and nephews, Nicole (Chris) Long of Ellis Grove, IL, Chett and Clayton Andrews of Chester, Amanda (Alex) Billman of Commerce City, CO, Ashley (Jeremy) Homan of Chester, Aubrey Andrews of Chatham; and great great nephews and nieces, Elizabeth, Connor, Cale and Mallory Long of Ellis Grove, and Noah, Mallorie and Gloria Homan of Chester.
Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Polosky; son, Matthew Polosky; 1 brother, Joseph Andrews; and special friends, Asher and SADA.
It was Sally's wishes to be cremated. There will be a celebration of life at 4:00 pm, Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be from 3 pm until 4 pm. Memorials may be made to the Ebenezer Cemetery Fund or Randolph County Humane Society.
