CAMPBELL HILL – Roger Ray Eilers, 78, of Campbell Hill, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Roger was born in Campbell Hill, Illinois, on December 12, 1941, the son of Raymond and Melba Wolters Eilers.  He married Doris Volkman, on September 28, 1963 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Campbell Hill, Illinois.  Roger worked as a dairy and grain farmer.  He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Steeleville, Illinois.

Roger is survived by his wife, Doris Eilers of Campbell Hill, Illinois.  Daughter, Diane Pyatt of Grandtower, Illinois.  Sons, Darwin Eilers of Cambell Hill, Illinois and Robert Eilers of Marion, Illinois.  Four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, September 25, 2020, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Steeleville, Illinois, with Reverend Sean Smith officiating.   Burial will follow at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery.  Visitation will be at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Steeleville, where friends may call from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.  Memorials may be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.  By executive order, only 25 people are allowed in Church at a time, face masks are required, and social distancing guidelines must be followed.
