AVA – Robert Wunderlich, 64, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020, at his home in Ava.

Robert was born on October 1, 1955, the son of Robert Steven and Ella Virginia Rednour Wunderlich.  He married Sherry Stone, and she preceded him in death.  Robert is retired from Knight Hawk Coal Company.

Robert is survived by his children, Aaron (Jessica Gromelski) Wunderlich of Cutler and Amanda Wunderlich of Belleville; grandchildren: Daisy Jeffers, Madison and Jackie Bess; brother, Russ Wunderlich; and sisters, Sharon Wheeler and Jane Faust.

Robert was also preceded in death by his Parents.

Mr. Wunderlich's wishes were to be cremated.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.
