AVA – Robert “Butch” Bramlett, 65, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026, at his home in Ava, Illinois. Butch was born on January 15, 1961, in Elreno, OK, to Jake and Katherine Elizabeth (Stumpf) Bramlett.

Butch was retired from Caleres Shoe Company in Sikeston, Missouri.

Butch is survived by his children: Dustin Bramlett of Murphysboro, Blake Bramlett of Carbondale, Robert Bramlett Jr. of Sikeston, MO, Staci Tillman of Sparta, Jaylen Thompson of Sikeston, MO, Ashoniti Cole of Sikeston, MO; his grandchildren: Violet Bramlett, Elias Bramlett, Noah Bramlett, Madison, Bramlett, Roselee Bramlett, Lamelo Traeshon Amerson, Nyyear Xavier Amerson; his brothers: Philip Bramlett of Ava, Malloy Bramlett of Murphysboro, Sam Bramlett of Huebert, NC; his sisters: Betty Bramlett of Ava and Susie Stanley of Sparta.

Butch was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters, Linda Thies, Sharon Bramlett, Mary Gale; his brothers: John Bramlett, James Bramlett and Jake Bramlett.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026,at 10:00 am, at Ava Evergreen Cemetery, Ava, IL. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery.
