CARBONDALE, Richard R. Krause, 66, of Carbondale, passed away at 10:50 A.M. Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at Carbondale Rehab in Carbondale, IL. He was born October 17, 1944 in Murphysboro, Illinois the son of Raymond Krause and Lillian (Schinner) Krause. Mr. Krause served in the U.S. Army, during the Vietnam Era. Richard was retired from retail sales. Richard was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Jacob, IL and the BBK American Legion Post #480, Steeleville, IL. Private graveside services will be held Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Walker Hill Cemetery in Grand Tower. Rev. Mike Kettner will be officiating. Burial will be at Walker Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Christ Lutheran Church.
