MURPHYSBORO – Randall G. Heins, 85, of Murphysboro, passed away Monday, December 21, 2020, at Shawnee Senior Living in Herrin, IL.

Randall was born in Jones Ridge, Illinois, on January 26, 1935, the son of Gilbert and Roberta (Leinicke) Heins.  He married Kathryn C. Baskin on November 6, 1954 at the First Presbyterian Church in Murphysboro.  Randall was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Carbondale, IL. He had been a member of The Elks in Murphysboro, IL for Fifty years. Randall was a retired farmer and agent for Country Financial.

Randall is survived by his wife, Kathryn C. Heins of Murphysboro, IL, Children; Craig (Tracy) Heins and Michele (Clinton) Crews both of Murphysboro, IL, four Grandchildren; Kyle (Fran) Heins, Brittany (Mike) Niermann, Cole Crews, Brenden (Kacy) Heins, and six Great Grandchildren, Half Brother Terry (Gabrielle) Heins of Cape Girardeau, MO.

Randall is preceded in death by his Parents, one Sister Betty Frischkorn.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Ava Evergreen Cemetery, Ava, IL.  Memorials may be given to First Presbyterian Church of Carbondale and mailed to Wilson's Funeral Home, P.O.
