ROMEOVILLE, Ralph Dale Hiser Sr., 63, of Romeoville, passed away at Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at his home in Romeoville, IL. Mr. Hiser was born June 11, 1946 in Murphysboro, Illinois the son of Harry Clain Hiser Jr. and Hazel (Poston) Hiser. He is survived by his son: Ralph Dale Hiser Jr. of Murphysboro, Illinois; stepmother: Earline Hiser of Ava, IL; Sisters: Doris Ann Sparenberg of Laredo, TX, Dawn Reichle of Murphysboro, IL; Aunts: Mary Lou Dailey of Romeoville, IL, Betty McClure of Pinckneyville, IL, Romalie Harak of Cooksville, TN, and Ruby Street of Springfield, IL; Numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. He served in the United States Navy and then later worked as an Electrician for General Motors Corp. in LaGrange, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Harry Clain Hiser III. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at Ava Evergreen Cemetery. Burial will be at Ava Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday after 10 am at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava, IL Memorials may be made to Activity Fund for the VA Hospital in Marion, IL.
