PERCY, Priscilla Crite Bolen, 75, of Percy, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2015, at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She was born March 24, 1939 in Clank, Illinois the daughter of Cecil and Anata (Wilson) Crite. Priscilla married Darrell L. Bolen on January 4, 1958 in Cornith, Mississippi. Priscilla was a wife and homemaker and a partner in Bolen Rental and Insulation. She attended First Baptist Church of Percy, IL. Priscilla taught Sunday School for over 48 years and played the piano for the church. She is survived by her husband: Darrell L. Bolen, Percy, IL; Children: Christine (Bolen) Woodside, Chicago, IL, Robin Lee (Bolen) Hancock, Sparta, IL, Anita Bolen, Sparta, IL and Darin Bolen, Landrum, South Carolina; 11 Grandchilden and 4 Great Grandchildren; 3 Sisters: Irene Watson, Carthage, MO, Mabel Henson Arnold, MO and Lorene Butler, Beltalto, IL; and a host of Nieces and Nephews. Priscilla is preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 9, 2015 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church, Percy, Illinois with Rev. Terry Jackson and Pastor Doug Richtie officiating. Burial will follow at Percy Village Cemetery, Percy, IL. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, where friends may call on Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM and on Friday from 7:30to 9AM and then from 10 to 11 AM at the church. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
