AVA, Pearl M. Bame, 102, of Ava, passed away at 4:18 PM Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Chester Rehab and Nursing Center in Chester, Illinois. She was born July 20, 1913 in Murphysboro, Illinois the daughter of Charles and Nora Belle (Jones) Morber. Pearl married Earl A. (Puzzle) Bame on March 31, 1934 at Ava,, IL. Earl passed away on July 12, 1985. Pearl was a retired teller at the 63rd & Steward Currency Exchange. She was a member of Crain Baptist Church in Ava, IL. She is survived by several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Pearl is preceded in death by her parents and 2 Sisters, Opal Self and Ruby Nance. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Ava Evergreen Cemetery Ava, Illinois with Rev. Gilbert Gee officiating. Burial will follow at Ava Evergreen Cemetery, Ava, IL. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery. Memorials may be made to Bower Cemetery or Crain Cemetery.
