PINCKNEYVILLE – Patsy Sue Nesbit, 86, of Pinckneyville, Illinois passed away at 10:40 am, Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Pinckneyville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Pinckneyville, Illinois.

Pasty was born in Jodsonia, Arkansas on May 10, 1934, the daughter of Perry and Corine (McInturff) Auten.  She married Allen N. Nesbit on April 21, 1955 in Belleville, Illinois.  He preceded her in death on March, 8, 2011.  Patsy was retired from World Color Press in Sparta, Illinois.  She was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Willisville, Illinois.

Patsy is survived her children; Terry Neimeyer of Tilden, Illinois,  Kevin (Kathy) Nesbit of Chester, Illinois, Karl "Steve" (Melba Jean) Nesbit of Willisville, Illinois and Karen (Charles) Gillis of Branson, Missouri.  Eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; Perry and Corine Auten, her son Keith Nesbit, daughter in law Sheila and one grandson Danny.

Due to COVID19, Phase 4 guidelines will be in effect, using social distancing and facemasks. Private graveside services will be held at Valhalla Cemetery, Belleville, Illinois with Reverend Willis Durbin officiating.  Burial will follow.  The preferred form of remembrance are memorials to the Central Baptist Church of Willisville, Illinois.
