STEELEVILLE – Norma Jeffers, 89, of Steeleville, IL, passed away Sunday, July 03, 2022, at Coulterville Care Center, Coulterville, IL.

Norma was born April 26, 1933, in Harrisburg, MO, to John H. and Roxie (Atkins) Lloyd. She married Robert L. Jeffers on August 8, 1950, in Marissa, IL. He preceded her in death on December 1, 2010. Norma was a homemaker. She was a member of Steeleville Baptist Church, Steeleville, IL, and was active with the Steeleville Senior Site. Norma loved spending time with her grandchildren, crafts/crocheting, and was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan.

Norma is survived by her children: Curtis (Sherry) Jeffers, of Steeleville, Cyrus Jeffers of Williamsport, PA; grandchildren: Heather (Tyler) Jeffers, Ashley (Sean) Jeffers, AJ Jeffers, and Krystopher Jeffers.

Norma is also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm, Monday, July 11, 2022, Steeleville Baptist Church, with Rev. Richard Newcom officiating. Burial to follow at Paradise Cemetery, Steeleville, IL.
