AVA – Nelson Dale Stout, 56, of Ava, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at his home in Ava.

Nelson was born in Chicago, Illinois, on August 6, 1961, the son of Lou Gary and Judy Lipe Stout.  He married Donna Shoe on April 6, 1996 in Belleville.  Nelson was a Truck Driver.

Nelson is survived by Jessica and Jacob's Mother, Donna Stout of Belleville; children, Nina Stout of Murphysboro, Jessica Stout of Belleville, and Jacob Stout of Belleville; 4 grandchildren; father, Gary Stout of Ava; brothers, Terry Stout of Oklahoma and Bill Stout of Ava; and sister, Melanie VanAusdoll of Ava.

Nelson was preceded in death by his Mother, Judy Stout; grandmothers, Leona Kilgrove and Theda Ripperdan; and grandfather, William Lipe.

Funeral service will be at 6:00 pm, Friday, July 13, 2018 at Wilson's Funeral Home in Ava.  Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava, where friends may call from 5 pm until 6 pm Friday.  Memorials may be given to Love Fund for Family or Wee Care of Jacob.
