EVANSVILLE, Neil L. Haley, 72, of Evansville, passed away at 3:15 AM Thursday, August 4, 2016, at his home in Evansville, Illinois.

He was born June 7, 1944 in Los Angeles, California the son of Geneil and Nina (Johnson) Haley.  Neil married Pamela Grace on March 8, 2004 in Piggott, Arkansas.  She survives.

Neil was a retired Operating Engineer from Local #520 in Granite City, IL.  He was in the U.S. Navy.  Neil was of the Lutheran Faith and was a member of the Operating Engineer Local #520, Granite City, IL.

He is survived by his: wife Pamela  Haley, Evansville, IL; Daughters: Nicole (John) Koester, Evansville, IL, Heather (Mike) McCartney, Chester, IL, Haley (Ernie) Ford, Tilden, IL; Sons:  Troy Masterson, Chester, IL and Tyler (Angie) Masterson, Steeleville, IL; 12 Grandchildren, Sister, Nila Combs and Uncle and Aunt, Larry and Bonne Witte, Brookfield, MO.

Neil is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sharon.

It was Neil wishes to be cremated and a Graveside service will be at 10am on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Paradise Cemetery with Rev. James A. Leistico officiating.
