WILLISVILLE – Neil A. Bradley, 77, of Willisville passed away at 10:22 AM, Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at the Three Springs Lodge in Chester.
Neil was born on July 23, 1941, in Murphysboro, the son of Max and Marjorie (Nugent) Bradley. He married Bonita J. Kuykendall on November 24, 1962, in LeCrosse, Wisconsin and they shared 56 years of marriage. Neil was retired from Knight Hawk Coal as a safety director, and attended the River of Life Church, in Percy.
He is survived by his wife; Bonnie J. Bradley, of Willisville, child; Christopher N. (Elanna) Bradley, of Ellis Grove, grandchildren; Ryan Morrison, Alex Morrison, McKenzie Bradley, great grandchildren; Grace Medford, Jessy Medford, Bonitta Woznaciak. Neil is also survived by brothers; Clifford Bradley, of Steeleville, Steven Bradley, of Steeleville, Mark Bradley, of Steeleville, sister; Susan Brown, of Steeleville, step brother; Fred Hammel, of Ava, brother; Robert Nugent, of Belleville, sister; Sheila Gray, of Jacksonville, Florida.
Mr. Bradley was preceded in death by his parents, son; Scott Bradley, and brother; Thomas Bradley.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, December 29, 2018, at the Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville, with Rev. Ed Spiller officiating, and burial will follow at the New Hope Gardens, Willisville. Visitation will be held on Saturday morning from 10 to 11 AM. Memorials may be made to the River of Life Church, or Hospice of Southern Illinois.
