STEELEVILLE, Mildred C. Prange, 92, of Steeleville, passed away at 4:30 P.M. Thursday, December 02, 2010, at St. Ann's Healthcare Center in Chester, IL. She was born December 15, 1917 in Sparta, Illinois the daughter of Herman Junge and Louise (Buescher) Junge. Mildred married Arthur V. Hagen on February 7, 1937 he passed away on May 16, 1973. Mildred later married Elmer Prange on February 13, 1982 and he passed away on December 14, 2005. She worked as a homemaker in her home and was also a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Wine Hill, IL, St. Paul's Ladies Aid, Steeleville Lions Club, and AARP Steeleville Chapter. She is survived by her son: John A. Hagen of Gautier, MS; two daughters: Carol Seegers of Bremen, IN, Donna Klar of Indianapolis, IN; two step sons: Darwin Prange of Campbell Hill, IL, Lloyd Prange of Roanoke, TX; two step daughters: Eunice Johnson of Hazelwood, MO, Grace Kimbrough of Campbell Hill, IL; 11 grandchildren;10 great grandchildren; 19 great great grandchildren; 10 step great grandchildren; and three sisters: Ruth Frick of Bremen, IN, Anita Mueller of Chester, IL, and Adele Fanter of Bridgeton, MO. She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Lydia and Paula, four brothers, Gene, Walter, Markus and Waldo Junge. Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 5, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Wine Hill. Rev. Tim B. Zechiel will be officiating. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville on Saturday from 5-8 pm and then on Sunday from 7:30 am until 11am and then from noon to 1pm at the church. Funeral services will be held at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bremen, IN on Tuesday at 11am. Rev. Roger Rohde will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Bremen City Cemetery in Bremen, IN. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11am at the church. Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Wine Hill, IL or St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bremen, IN.
