STEELEVILLE – Mildred C. Haberman, 91, of Sedgewickville, MO, formerly of Steeleville, IL, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Independence Care Center, Perryville, MO.

Mildred was born September 20, 1930, in Steeleville, IL, to Sigmund and Nelda Rabe Ruebke.  She married Paul Haberman on November 25, 1950, in Steeleville, IL.  He preceded her in death on February 1, 2017.  Mildred was a laborer and worked in a shoe factory.  She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Bremen, IL, various church organizations, Quilting Circle, and Ladies Aid.

Mildred is survived by children: Willard (Crystal) Haberman of Sedgewickville, MO, Linda Rellergert of Perryville, MO, and one grandson, Steven Rellergert.

Mildred is also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Hugo and Omer Ruebke, one step-sister, Estma Meyerhoff.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, October 15, 2021, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, with Charles Mangles, Lay Pastor, officiating.  Friends may call 5–8 pm, Thursday, October 14, 2021, and 7:30-11 am, Friday, October 15, 2021, at Wilsons Funeral Home, Steeleville.  Memorials may be given to a Love Fund for the family and can be mailed to Wilson Funeral Home, P.O.
