PERCY - Mildred "Peggy" Fulton, 88, of Percy, passed away at 4:21 pm, Friday, September 20, 2013 at Pinckneyville Health Care in Pinckneyville, IL. Mildred was born in Harvey, Illinois on March 17, 1925, the daughter of Vallie and Myrtle Willis Moore. She married John Williams in April of 1946 in Chester, IL. He preceded her in death on June 9, 1975. At a later date she married Robert Fulton and he also preceded her in death. She was a Homemaker and she attended the Assembly of God Church in Percy. Mildred is survived by ten children, Joyce (Larry) Wheeler of Arlington, TX, Linda Dahn of Willisville, Bruce (Linda) Williams of Percy, George (Karen) Williams of Steeleville, Arthur Williams of Chester, Marsha McCann of Campbell Hill, Rose (William) Pogue of Kenton, OH, Susan (Albert) Schwebel of Cutler, John WIlliams of Murray, KY and Olatha Williams of Willisville; lots of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; one brother, William Moore of Cadiz, KY; and three sisters, Juanita Ritter of Columbia, IL, Helen Tranthan of Waterloo, IL and Mavis Grimm of Waterloo. Mildred was also preceded in death by her Parents; three children, Dean Williams, Charles Williams, and Tom Williams; infant twin sister; one grandson, Nicolus Williams; two brothers, Bob Moore and Tom Moore; and one sister, Dorothy Knop. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at the Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville with Rev. Marty DeRoche officiating. Burial will follow in Percy Village Cemetery, Percy, Illinois. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, where friends may call from 5 to 8 pm Monday and on Tuesday from 7:30 am until the hour of service. Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
