STEELEVILLE, Michael Grah, 61, of Steeleville, passed away at 3:00 PM Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at his home in Steeleville, Illinois. Michael was born June 2, 1951 in Red Bud, Illinois the son of Jack and Dorothy Kuehne Grah. Michael married Cynthia Wingerter on August 28, 1970 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Chester, IL. He was retired from Wathen Construction, Steeleville. Michael was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, Chester and Laborers Local #459, Belleville, IL. Michael is survived by his: wife: Cindy Grah of Steeleville, IL; daughter, Tracy (Tim) Koeneman of Steeleville; grandchildren, twin boys, Cameron and Christian; and his mother, Dorothy Grah of Chester. Michael was preceded in death by his Father and one brother, Kenny. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 10:30 AM at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, Illinois with Rev. Frederick C. Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in Paradise Cemetery, Steeleville. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville on Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Memorials may be given to Hospice of Southern Illinois or the Family's Choice.
