CAMPBELL HILL – Michael Alan "Buggy" Kornacki, 16, of Campbell Hill, IL, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at his home in Campbell Hill, Illinois.

Michael was born December 13, 2005, in Houma, LA, to Reverend Alan and Mrs. Faith (Tabor) Kornacki. He took great joy in video games, computers, Marvel and Star Wars movies, and car rides. Michael was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Campbell Hill, IL.

A member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Campbell Hill, Michael is a baptized child of God. He now awaits the resurrection in the presence of his Savior, Jesus, with his grandfathers, Errol Tabor and Alan Kornacki, Sr, and beloved aunt, Kathleen Brunette, who preceded him in death. Michael is survived by his parents, two sisters, Alexis and his twin Molly, his grandmothers, Deborah Tabor and Kathleen Kornacki, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 8, 2022, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Campbell Hill, IL, with Rev. Timothy Scharr officiating. Burial to follow at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 – 11 am, at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Peter Lutheran Church, Campbell Hill, or Bethel Lutheran Church, DuQuoin, and can be mailed to Wilson's Funeral Home, P.O. Box 277, Ava, IL 62907.
