PERRYVILLE- Mary "Kathy" Douglas, 62, of Perryville, MO, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Mary was born in Sparta, Illinois, on February 5, 1962, the daughter of William and Emma Robinson Douglas. She was a former employee of Gilster Mary Lee at the Pasta Plant in Steeleville.

Mary is survived by her son, William (Samantha) Douglas of Murphysboro; grandchildren, Hunter, Kelsey and Paige; brothers, Tim Cox of Perryville, MO and Michael (Kathy) Cox of Coulterville, IL; nieces and nephews, Jamie Adams, Jayson (Alexis) McClaine, Brandon Schmitz and Tiffany Cox; several great nieces and great nephews; and close family friends, Dick and Jeanne Campfield.

Mary was preceded in death by her Parents and one brother, William Douglas.

Mary's wishes were to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
