Obituary
CAMPBELL HILL – Marjorie N. Priebe, 84, passed away at 7:39 pm, Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, MO.
Marjorie was born on December 28, 1932, in Campbell Hill, IL, the daughter of William Herman and Flora Madeline Morgan Knop. She married William C. Priebe on August 18, 1956 at Campbell Hill, Illinois. Marjorie was a retired secretary from Trico School District and helped work on the farm. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Campbell Hill, Illinois; and Campbell Hill American Legion Auxiliary #1096.
Marjorie is survived by her husband, William C. Priebe; daughter Debbie (Kevin) Smith of Campbell Hill; granddaughter Christine (Matthew) Davis of Ava; sister Josephine Dilallo of Ferguson, MO; sister-in-law Barbara Priebe of Campbell Hill; one niece; and seven nephews.
Marjorie was also preceded in death by her parents; brother William Fredrick Knop; and two sisters Betty Hoffman and Della Mae Bibko.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, July 8, 2017 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Campbell Hill, IL with Rev. Karen McNeill- Utecht officiating. Burial will follow at St. Luke's Cemetery, Campbell Hill. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava, where friends may call from 5 to 8 pm Friday and Saturday from 7:30 to 9 am and then from 10 to 11 am at the church.
