CAMPBELL HILL – Marjorie M. Lampe, 90, of Campbell Hill, IL, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at her home.

Marjorie was born in Marissa, Illinois, on January 19, 1932, the daughter of Albert H. and Mamie (Behnken) Hartel. She married Olen F. Lampe on June 11, 1950, at Peace Lutheran Church, Steeleville, he preceded her in death on June 4, 2000. Marjorie was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Campbell Hill, IL, Jackson County Home Extension, Ladies Aid and Quilters at St. Peter's Lutheran Church. She was a retired cook for Trico School District, Campbell Hill. Marjorie enjoyed gardening, sewing, cake baking, doing ceramics in her own shop, and her Watkin's business.

Marjorie is survived by her son, Carl (Mary) Lampe of Campbell Hill, IL, grandchildren: Brittany (Albert) Loo of Maryland Heights, MO, Joy (Jonathan) Lamb of Ellisville, MO; five great grandsons: Braxson, Silas, Asa, Archer, Augustus; and three great granddaughters: Daisy, Goldie, Lolly.

Marjorie is also preceded in death by her parents and one brother Floyd Hartel.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at 11:00 am, at St Peter's Lutheran Church, Campbell Hill, with Rev. Alan Kornacki officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, Campbell Hill. Friends may call from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the church. Memorials may be given to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
