STEELEVILLE, Margaret Meyerhoff, 90, of Steeleville, passed away at10:20 A.M. Wednesday, December 24, 2008, at Memorial Hospital of Chester in Chester, IL. Margaret was born October 30, 1918 in Willisville, Illinois the daughter of Henry J. Biermann and Lydia (Vogt) Biermann. She married Albert Meyerhoff on October 12, 1939 at Perryville, MO. He preceded her in death on December 27, 2004. She was retired from Gilster mary-Lee Cake Plant and was a Homemaker. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Steeleville, IL. She is survived by four children, Norma Jean Steffens of Perryville, MO, Ruby Ann Brown of Steeleville, IL, Roger Dale Meyerhoff of Steeleville and Arlene May Hougland of Sparta, IL; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; three brothers, Ralph Biermann, Robert Biermann and Willard Biermann all of Steeleville; two sisters, Evelyn Vogel of Jacob, IL and Lucille VanHoy of Red Bud, IL. She was also preceded in death by her Parents, One Daughter: Brenda Kay Beattie and Three Brothers. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Steeleville with Rev. Dr. Alan W. Janneke officiating. Burial will follow at Paradise Cemetery in Steeleville. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville on Friday from 6 to 8 pm and on Saturday from 7:30 am until 9 am and on Saturday at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Steeleville from 10 to 11 am. Memorials may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
