ELLIS GROVE, Louise May Bowen, 63, of Ellis Grove, Illinois , passed away at 2:01 AM Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Sparta Community Hospital in Sparta, Illinois. She was born March 26, 1951 in E. St. Louis, Illinois. Louise married Ralph Bowen on April 14, 1969 in Edwardsville, Illinois. He survives. Louise was a Homemaker. She was of the Protestant Faith. She is survived by her: husband, Ralph Bowen, Ellis Grove, IL; Daughters: Debra Jeremiah, Steeleville, IL and Carla Johnson, Granite City, IL; Son: William Bowen, O'Fallon, IL; 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren: Mother, Martha Fox, Denver, CO; Brother: Gordon Escher, Belleville, IL; Sisters: Wanda Escher, Granite City, IL and Nancy Sanderson, Denver, CO. Louise is preceded in death by her father, 1 son, David and 1 Great Granddaughter, Kaylee. Mrs. Bowen wishes were for cremation. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
