ST. LOUIS – Lorri A. McDaniel, 65, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.

Lorri was born November 17, 1960, in Belleville, IL, to Richard and Mary (Freidli) McDaniel. Lorri was a Grant Writer for Washington University, St. Louis, MO. She was of the Protestant faith and a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 411, Sparta, IL. Lorri loved to travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Lorri is survived by her father, Richard R. McDaniel of Rockwood, IL, her brothers: Gary (Debbie) McDaniel of Corinth, MS, Tom McDaniel of Phoenix, AZ, Charles (Cindy) McDaniel of Rockwood, IL; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Lorri was preceded in death by her mother, Mary McDaniel.

Visitation services will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, where family and friends may call from noon to 4:00 pm, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, IL. A private graveside service will be held at Valhalla Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Belleville, IL, on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
