WILLISVILLE, Lewis Wayne Miller, 42, of Willisville, passed away at 12:45 P.M. Tuesday, January 13, 2009, at his home in Willisville, IL. He was born June 14, 1966 in Chester, Illinois the son of Lawrence (Sonny) and M. Catherine Diamond. He married Amber L. Diercks on November 3, 1990 in Evansville, Illinois. He worked at Gilster Mary Lee, Inc. in McBride, MO and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his Daughters: Kayla Lyn Miller of Percy, IL, Tonya Ann Miller of Percy, IL; Parents Catherine and Lawrence (Sonny) Diamond of Willisville, IL; Sister: Mindy Diamond of Willisville, Brother: Terry Diamond of Cutler, IL, Nephew: Mason Hayden of Willisville, Uncle and Aunt Leo Gene and Barbara Welty of Percy, IL, Aunts: Pauline Welty of Sparta, IL, Betty Welty of Chester, IL, Dorothy Welty of Du Quoin, IL, Special friends: Doug and Batrah Brown of Willisville, IL, Several cousins and great aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his grandparents and four uncles. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 16, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville. Rev. James Clarity will be officiating. Burial will be at Percy Village Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville on Thursday from 6-8 PM and then on Friday from 7:30 am until the hour of service Memorials may be made to His Children's Education Fund.
