STEELEVILLE, Leroy Harold Keebler, 62, of Steeleville, passed away at 1:45 PM Friday, March 22, 2013, at his home in Steeleville, Illinois. Leroy was born June 29, 1950 in E. St. Louis, Illinois the son of Harold L. and Gladys (Young) Keebler. He married Reba D. Ray on Monday, October 03, 1988 in Lebanon, Ohio. Leroy was a millwright in the construction business. He was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Percy, IL. He is survived by his wife: Reba D. Keebler, Steeleville, IL; 1 daughter Amy (Brian) Abraham, Lake Butler, Florida, 1 stepson and 1 stepdaughter, 4 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and 1 step great granddaughter. Also surviving Leroy is his father, Harold L. Keebler, Steeleville, 2 sisters, Nancy (Bobby) Wiles, Greenville, Georgia and Donna (Jim) Ebers, Steeleville, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Leroy is preceded in death by his mother, 1 brother, Rick, twin sister, Linda Sue and 2 infant brothers. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Wilson's Funeral Home Steeleville, Illinois with Rev. Terry Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Mill Creek Cemetery, Chester, IL. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 7:30am to 11am. Preferred form of remembrance will be contributions to TIP Hospice.
