STEELEVILLE, Leroy Inselmann, 74, of Steeleville, passed away at 1:25 AM Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Chester Rehab and Nursing Center in Chester, Illinois. He was born April 28, 1938 in Steeleville, Illinois the son of Martin and Edna (Rinne) Inselmann. Leroy married Ann L. Alridge on December 14, 1957 in Steeleville, IL. Anna preceded him in death on October 18, 2005. He later married Mary L Bauer Moore on September 5, 2012 in Bremen, IL. Leroy was a retired Coal Miner. He was a member of the UMWA Local 1392 in Percy and the Randolph County Farm Bureau. Leroy was of the Protestant Faith. He is survived by his: wife: Mary Inselmann, Steeleville, IL; son: Jason Lee Inselmann, Steeleville, IL; 1 daughter-in-law, Patricia Inselmann Reeves, Steeleville, IL; 3 Grandchildren and 2 Sisters, Darlene and Helen. Leroy is also preceded in death by his parents and 1 son, James. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville, Illinois with Rev. Edwin A. Reuter officiating. Burial will follow at Paradise Cemetery, Steeleville, IL. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 7:30am to time of service. Memorials may be made to St. John's of Bremen Building Fund or St. Jude's.
