Leona Lange CAMPBELL HILL, Leona Lange, 91, of Campbell Hill, passed away at 7:03 A.M. Saturday, October 11, 2008, at Three Springs Lodge in Chester, IL. She was born January 20, 1917 in Campbell Hill, Illinois the daughter of Theodore C. Liefer and Wilhelmina (Ehlers) Liefer. Leona married Arnold P. Lange on September 21, 1935 in Campbell Hill. He passed away on October 21, 1986. Mrs. Lange was a homemaker in her own home and also a member of the St. Peter Lutheran Church in Campbell Hill, Illinois. She is survived by one son Lester and Carolyn Lange of Campbell Hill, IL, one daughter; Carolyn and Dave Dyson of Pinckneyville, IL, three grandchildren, five great grand children, one brother; Herbert Liefer of Steeleville, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one infant daughter. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Campbell Hill. Rev. Gregory J. Schultz will be officiating. Burial will be at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery in Campbell Hill, IL. Visitation will be at the Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville, Illinois, on Monday from 6 to 8 pm and then from 7:30 am to noon then from 1 to 2 at the church. Memorials may be made to General Fund for St. Peter Lutheran Church.
