CAMPBELL HILL – Lawrence Huseman, 76, of Campbell Hill, passed away at 11:48 am, Friday, November 27, 2020, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, Illinois.

Lawrence was born in rural Campbell Hill, on October 6, 1944, the son of Walter and Clara Liefer Huseman.  He married Mary Jane Reiman on October 9, 1965, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Post Oak.  Lawrence was a retired Ag Teacher from Trico School District.  He was a lifelong Farmer.   After retirement from teaching he drove a bus for Trico School District.  He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Post Oak; FFA Alumni; Jackson County Farm Bureau; and was on the Farm Service Agency Board.

Lawrence is survived by his wife, Mary Huseman of Campbell Hill; sons, Michael (Jolene) Huseman and Jason (Andrea) Huseman all of Campbell Hill; grandchildren, Mitchell (Alexa) Huseman, Brennen Huseman, Isabella Huseman and Austin (Ashley) Anderson; great grandchildren, Iris Husemen and Nolan & Gabriella Anderson; brother, Leonard (Joyce) Huseman of Campbell Hill; sisters, Norma (Gilbert) Oetjen of Paducah, KY and Arlena (Dean) Rull of Bunker Hill, IL; brother-in-law, Darrel Ehlers of Campbell Hill; many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews; and special girls, Jeanne Abbott, Katrin Pfaff, and Isabell Mathias.

Lawrence was preceded in death by his Parents; one sister, Carol Ehlers; great granddaughter, Kaydence Anderson.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private graveside services will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, Post Oak, on Thursday, December 3, 2020, with Minister Deb Rathert officiating.  Burial will follow.  Memorials may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church, Post Oak and Trico FFA.
