MURPHYSBORO – Kendra Broadway, 26, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at her home in Murphysboro, IL.

Kendra was born on April 16, 1997, the daughter of Nathan Heape and Stacy Broadway. Kendra was a homemaker and a member of New Life Tabernacle, Murphysboro, IL.

Kendra is survived by her sons: Jase Rickett and Brently Rickett; mother, Stacy Broadway, father, Nathan Heape, grandmother, Clara Broadway, grandparents, Phillip and Carlene Heape, brother, Braiden Broadway, aunt, Tasha (Kenny) Clover, and uncle, Shawn Heape.

Kendra was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Minnie Phelps and Ben Phelps, and great grandmother, Lola Heape.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 26, 2023, at 10:00 am, at Paradise Cemetery, Tamaroa, IL, with Pastor Larry Worthen officiating. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery.
