TILDEN - Kathryn A. Ingram, 73, of Tilden, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Kathryn was born in Tilden on July 22, 1940, the daughter of Frank and Edith Jones Grafton. She was retired from Scott AFB, where she was a secretary for the 7th Weather Wing. Kathryn was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sparta. She will be sadly missed by her devoted fishing buddy and lap dog, Hector. Kathryn is survived by her children, Jeff (Robin) Hancock of Sparta, Mark (Debra) Hancock of Sparta, John (Rhonda) Hancock of Sparta, Rex Gregory of Tilden, Frank Gregory of Tilden, Sandra (John) Wasson of Sparta and Tim (Becky) Gregory of Sparta; 31 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. Kathryn was preceded in death by her Parents; Husbands, Reginald Gregory and Gene Ingram; and one sister, Barbara J. Freeman. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm, Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Sparta with Pastor Tim McIntyre officiating. Burial will follow at Tilden Cemetery, Tilden, Illinois. Visitation will be at the First Baptist Church, Sparta on Friday from 6 pm until 8pm then on Saturday from 11 am until the hour of service. Services are under auspices of Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville. Memorials may be given to the Building Fund at First Baptist Church.
