PERCY – Joshua K. Owens, 34, of Percy, passed away at 9:08 am, Sunday, December 26, 2021, at Sparta Community Hospital in Sparta, Illinois.

Joshua was born in Centreville, Illinois, on July 21, 1987, the son of Richard Michael Owens and Linda Marie Dasch.  He married Laura Dotson in Randolph County, Illinois, on July 28, 2014.  He was a Factory Worker for many years.

Joshua is survived by his wife, Laura Owens of Carterville, IL; children, Trinity, Jayden and Whitney Owens; mother, Linda Dasch of Percy; brothers, Jereme Owens of Marissa, IL and James Owens of Marissa, IL, Joseph Dunnavant of Pearl, MS, and Robert Bing of Kentucky.

Joshua was preceded in death by his Father; grandparents; aunts; uncles and cousins.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at 4:00 pm, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava.  Visitation will be on Thursday from 2:30 pm until 4:00 pm.  Memorials may be made to Wilson's Funeral Home to be used toward funeral expenses, and can be mailed to, Wilson's Funeral Home, PO Box 277, Ava, IL 62907.  Covid guidelines will be followed.
