WILLISVILLE – Johnnie Wooley, 73, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026, at her home in Willisville, Illinois.

Johnnie was born on October 11, 1953, in Lindsay, OK, to Jerry and Betty (Berry) Goure. She married James Wooley in Norwalk, CA, on June 29, 1974. Johnnie was a Homemaker and of the Protestant faith. She enjoyed crafting and painting, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Johnnie is survived by her husband, James Wooley of Willisville, IL, her children: Danny Pope of Willisville, IL, Jimmy (Bethany) Wooley, Sr of Willisville, IL, Trina (Rick) Akins of Percy, IL, Ben (Leslie) Marvin of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren: Ashley (Allen) Johnson, Julie (William Frederking) Wooley, Jorden (Halley) Kennedy, Jimmy Wooley Jr, Hunter Kennedy, Mason Wooley; her 7 great grandchildren, and her sister, Elaine (Jimmy) Cassidy of Whittier, CA.

Johnnie was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Bobby and Jerry Jr. Goure.
