STEELEVILLE – Gwendolyn Jean Bradley, 69, of Steeleville, passed away at 9:49 pm, Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, surrounded by her family.

Gwendolyn was born on August 3, 1947, in Willisville, Illinois, the daughter of Edward E., Sr. and Lucille Myers Griffiths.  She married Clifford R. Bradley on August 28, 1965 in Cutler, Illinois.  Jean retired from Dorma Mfg. Co., in Steeleville.  She was a member of the Steeleville Baptist Church in Steeleville, Illinois.

Gwendolyn is survived by her husband Clifford R. Bradley of Steeleville; two sons, Clifford R. (Michelle) Bradley, Jr. of Steeleville and Tyler (Kristie) Bradley of Steeleville; 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; two brothers, William Griffiths of Willisville and Danny Ray Griffiths of Ballwin, MO.

Gwendolyn was preceded in death by her Parents; three sisters; and two brothers.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Steeleville Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Fosie and Rev. Richard Newcom officiating.  Burial will follow in Percy Village Cemetery, Percy, Illinois.  Visitation will be at Steeleville Baptist Church, where friends may call from 5 pm until 8 pm Saturday and on Sunday from 1 pm until 2 pm.  Memorials may be given to Steeleville Baptist Mission Fund.
