PINCKNEYVILLE – James F. Beckley, 84, formerly of Tilden, IL, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at his home in Pinckneyville, IL.

James was born on February 29, 1940, in Tilden, IL, the son of Harold and Elizabeth (McLean) Beckley. James was of the Presbyterian Faith.

James is survived by his children: David (Sarah) Beckley of Rialto, CA, Mickie Roberts of Rapid City, SD; his grandchildren: Addison Beckley, Olivia Beckley, Brandyn Kohm, Ashlee Delahanty, Lance Carr; his great grandchildren: Beau Welcker, Atreyu Welcker, Haven Welcker; his sister, Wanda Campbell of Jacksonville, IL, his sister-in-law's: Wilma Beckley of Lydell, TX, Helen Beckley of Woodlawn, IL, Nellie Slivinski of Carbondale, IL, and a host of nieces and nephews.

James was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.

Mr. Beckley's wishes were for cremation and a private service will follow at a later date. Memorials may be given to Donor's choice and can be mailed to Wilson's Funeral Home, P.O. Box 217, Steeleville, IL, 62288.
