STEELEVILLE – Jacquelyn "Jackie" Caupert, 90, of Steeleville, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Three Springs Lodge in Chester, Illinois.

Jackie was born in Steeleville, Illinois, on September 22, 1930, the daughter of John H. and Margaret C. Rieckenberg Schnoeker.  She married Everett "Cob" Caupert on April 23, 1950, in Steeleville, IL, he preceded her in death on October 16, 2020.  Jackie was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Steeleville and was a homemaker.

Jackie is survived by her children; Lynn (Ollie) Boxdorfer of Steeleville, Lea (Ric) Dintelman of Steeleville, and John Caupert of Steeleville; grandchildren, Craig (Jessica) Kranz, Jodi (John) Theobald and Andrew (Liza) Dintelman; three great grandchildren, Shelby and Emma Kranz and Sammuel Everett Theobald; five step grandchildren, Kristy (Denny) Simms, Jeff (Shannon) Boxdorfer, Chris, Cassie and Elizabeth Thoebald; and two step great grandchildren, Brianna and Nathan Simms.

Jackie was also preceded in death by her parents.

Jackie's wishes were for cremation and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Memorials may be given to Peace Lutheran Church "We Care".
